Silver Sands Vacation Rentals

Welcome to SilverSandsVacation.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a website that facilitates the booking of short-term rental properties in Florida. By booking a property through our website, you (“guest” or “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Agreement

By completing a reservation through SilverSandsVacation.com, you are entering into a legally binding agreement to rent the selected property for the specified dates. The person making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age and must be one of the staying guests unless otherwise authorized.

2. Payment and Cancellation

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations are only eligible for a refund if made at least 7 full days prior to the scheduled check-in date.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are not eligible for any refund. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including personal emergencies, weather events, or travel disruptions.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days of cancellation. However, please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your card or bank statement may vary depending on your financial institution and can take up to 10 business days or longer.

3. House Rules

All guests must adhere to the following rules. Violation of these terms may result in immediate eviction without refund, as well as additional cleaning or damage charges:

  • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside any rental unit.

  • No Pets: Pets are not allowed in any rental unit.

  • No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted.

  • Guest Count: The number of guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy listed for the property. You must notify the property manager in advance if your guest count will differ from your original booking. Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges or termination of stay.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In Time: 3:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated at our discretion and must be approved in advance.

5. Property Use and Guest Responsibility

You agree to use the rental property for residential vacation purposes only. You are responsible for leaving the property in good condition and may be charged for any excessive cleaning, missing items, or damage beyond normal wear and tear. If the rental unit has a grill, propane availability is not guaranteed.

6. Liability

Silver Sands Vacation Rentals is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By booking, you acknowledge that you and your guests assume all risk related to your stay.

7. Privacy Policy

You agree to receive SMS notifications related to your booking, including check-in instructions, stay updates, and occasional promotional offers for future stays. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. We respect your privacy and will never spam you or sell your information.

We value your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used only for reservation, communication, and legal compliance purposes. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
