Just a half-block walk from the white sands of Indian Rocks Beach, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath getaway comfortably sleeps six. The master bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a garden tub and shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and its own ensuite. The open floor plan connects a bright living room, large dining area, and fully stocked gourmet kitchen with top-quality appliances including a Sub-Zero refrigerator, granite countertops, built-in oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There’s also a queen pull-out sofa in the living room and a dining table that extends to seat eight.

Step into the great room with high ceilings and sliding doors that open to a peaceful, fenced backyard filled with mature trees. The spacious covered deck features brand-new patio furniture, a gas grill (propane not guaranteed), and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. You’ll have four private parking spaces with enough room for a boat or camper, and quick access to the city boat ramp on 15th Ave.

Inside, you’ll also find a Smart TV, in-unit washer and dryer, and thoughtful touches throughout designed for your comfort and convenience.

Located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach, you’re within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, and local attractions. Kolb Park is nearby and offers tennis and pickleball courts, basketball, a playground, ball fields, and a skatepark. The Art Center and library are just a block away. Stroll to the beach at sunset, then walk to dinner nearby to round out the perfect day.

This property also includes an optional adjoining unit with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom that sleeps up to 4 people. The two spaces can be combined, based on availability, to sleep up to 10 guests comfortably (subject to availability, please call or message us to inquire). We also have another single-family home on the water just five blocks away. That 3-bedroom, 2-bath property is newly renovated and features a private dock and deck, perfect for larger groups.
